Shipping & Delivery Policy

EKAR Furniture provides professional Door-to-Door (DDP) and Port-to-Port (CIF/FOB) ocean freight shipping to destinations worldwide. We manage all export customs clearance, ocean transit coordination, and optional last-mile final delivery.

1. Production Lead Times

Standard Collections (Winner Home, Winner Casa, Preluxury, Minimalism): 25 - 35 business days
Bespoke, Custom-Dimension & Hotel Project Orders: 40 - 55 business days
Lead times begin from receipt of confirmed deposit payment.

2. Ocean Freight Transit Times (Estimated)

North America - East Coast (New York, Miami): 35 - 45 days
North America - West Coast (Los Angeles, Seattle): 20 - 30 days
Europe & United Kingdom: 30 - 40 days
Australia & New Zealand: 18 - 28 days
Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia): 10 - 18 days
Southeast Asia: 8 - 15 days
Transit times are estimates and may vary depending on port congestion and customs clearance speed.

3. Shipping Terms Available

FOB (Free on Board - Foshan/Guangzhou port): Customer arranges freight forwarding from China port.
CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight): EKAR arranges and covers ocean freight + insurance to destination port.
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid - Door to Door): EKAR manages the full chain - factory to your warehouse or client's front door, including import duties and taxes.

4. Drop Ship & Blind Shipping

EKAR Furniture fully supports drop ship programs for international resellers and interior designers:

• We ship directly to your end client's address.
• All packing lists, shipping labels, and documents will carry your brand name (not EKAR's), protecting your client relationship.
• Full tracking information and shipping documentation will be shared in real time.

5. Cargo Insurance

All shipments are fully insured against transit damage and loss. Insurance documentation is provided with every shipment.

6. Customs & Import Duties

For CIF orders, the buyer is responsible for import duties and taxes at the destination country.
For DDP orders, all duties and taxes are pre-paid and included in the quoted price.
Our logistics team provides detailed HS Code classification and commercial invoicing for smooth customs clearance.
