Refund & Returns Policy
At EKAR Furniture, we stand behind every piece we manufacture. Because we specialize in high-value bespoke and container-load furniture, our policy is designed to fully protect your investment.
1. Damaged on Arrival (Sea Freight / Air Freight)
All outgoing shipments are fully covered by cargo insurance. If any item arrives damaged due to transit:
- Take clear photos and videos of the damage immediately upon unpacking.
- Notify your dedicated EKAR account manager within 48 hours of customs clearance or delivery.
- We will arrange one of the following at no additional cost: free replacement parts shipped by express, a partial refund to cover local repair costs, or full reproduction and re-shipment of the damaged item.
2. Quality Guarantee & Structural Warranty
All EKAR Furniture products are covered by a 3-Year Structural Warranty, which includes: solid hardwood frames, metal joinery and hardware, and stone/marble top structural integrity.
Normal wear of upholstery fabric, leather surface, and cushion compression is excluded from the warranty.
3. Order Cancellations
For bespoke, custom-dimension, or bulk B2B orders:
- Cancellations must be submitted within 72 hours of deposit payment confirmation.
- Once production has commenced, deposits are non-refundable.
- For standard-collection items not yet entered production, a cancellation fee of 10% of the deposit applies.
